Malibu morning picture of the day - Monday, January 11, 2016

Dear Family, Friends, and Gentle Readers,

A Happy Monday to you. Welcome to double-digit January. Here's what it looks like out here.

Pretty serene eh? Here's a look sunward. The colors are not true to the actual being here, but it makes an interesting shot nonetheless. It's much brighter.

It's also my daughter's birthday--she never reads this blog so she'll never be aware of this call-out. A confession: I'm a bad parent. I really don't remember family members' birthdays--they all know that. But they all know they'll eventually get a nice dinner out of me at some point in the weeks or months following.

Y'all get morning pictures, but here's an afternoon shot from last Friday, just to prove that I'm here at other points on the clock.

El Nino 2016 Storm #4 did not materialize over the weekend for us, so I'll be postponing that serial number for Wednesday when the next one is scheduled to roll through.

It's time to pay the rent so I'll be leaving you now. Have a wonderful Monday and a great week!

Love,
Pops

Be truthful and frank, but be polite. If you use excessive profanity, I'll assume you have some kind of character flaw like Dr. Wong. Tks!
