Malibu morning picture of the day - Monday, March 16, 2015

Dear Family, Friends, and Gentle Readers,

A good Monday to you. Here's your picture of the day.

For once the camera decided to show the silvery sea that you get for a few minutes on clear mornings.

If you live here in So Cal, you know the story right? It's been hot. It was 91 in Hollywood yesterday--much to hot for March. This is getting to be a habit. I suppose climate change has hit Southern California.

Oh, here's the second look. The clouds give you some depth helping to enhance the feeling of distance between Malibu and Palos Verdes.

I hope you had a good weekend. And even if you didn't, it's past and you survived. And if you have another one like that coming up soon, well, now you're prepared aren't you....?

Heard a marvelous choral concert yesterday. The signature work presented was "Luminous Night of the Soul" by Ola Gjeilo. There are several  renditions of it on YouTube that you can appreciate, but nothing will come close to being in front of a live choir doing it at live performance.

I have no luminous pictures of night to show you, so I'll just give you another view today's day opener.

May you have enough joy in your "diem" that you need not "carp" about it.

Love,
Pops

Be truthful and frank, but be polite. If you use excessive profanity, I'll assume you have some kind of character flaw like Dr. Wong. Tks!
